I bought a coin but nothing happened.

If Apple charged you but the coin didn't appear, reopen the app and try again — pending purchases sometimes take a moment to resolve. If it still doesn't work, email us with your Apple purchase receipt and we'll help.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the WishWell purchase to request one.

Where are my wishes stored?

Locally on your device, using Apple's SwiftData. They never leave your device and are not backed up to iCloud. If you delete the app, they're gone.

Can I use WishWell without paying?

The app itself is free. Coins are optional in-app purchases; if you never buy one, you can still enjoy the fountain scene, day/night toggle, and ambient sounds.

Does WishWell need internet?

Only for in-app purchases. All other features work fully offline.
