Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-11. Clipra is a video-prediction game provided by Noyan Çepikkurt. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The game

Videos freeze at a chosen moment; after you pick, the result is shown. Points and XP are computed by server-side game rules. A correct guess earns points and a wrong guess loses points; points reset every week. The same video cannot earn points twice. Duels are five questions that two players can each complete at their own time.

Lives: each day you get a set number of lives (currently 5). A wrong guess uses one life; when you run out you cannot make new guesses that day, and your lives are restored the next day. Unused lives do not carry over, and duel rounds do not use lives. The number of lives may change.

Points, XP, badges, and rankings have no monetary value; they cannot be cashed out or used for betting. There are no cash prizes and no betting. Points are not sold.

Clipra Plus and purchases

Clipra Plus is an optional paid membership that gives you unlimited lives. The monthly and yearly options are auto-renewing subscriptions; the lifetime option is a one-time purchase, is not a subscription, and never renews. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period, and your Apple account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting your Clipra account does not cancel your subscription.

A purchase is associated with your Clipra account. If you change devices, you can use "Restore purchases" with the same Apple account.

Account and acceptable use

To use Clipra, you must be old enough in your country to consent to digital services on your own, or have a parent's or guardian's permission; you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for your account's security and the accuracy of the information you share. Cheating, automated score generation, impersonating someone else, offensive usernames, or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. Content or account access may be restricted if the service's security or these terms are violated. You can reach cepikkurtnoyan@icloud.com for review. We apply zero tolerance for harassing, offensive, hateful, or illegal content and behavior toward other users. You can report or block a user from the ⋯ menu in the app, or report a video from its source screen. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours at the latest, and content may be removed, a username changed, or account access permanently closed if needed.

Content and rights

Each video's source, creator, license, and modification information is shown on the app's source screen. Copyright in the content remains with the respective rights holders. Rights granted by open licenses are not limited by these terms. If you report a rights issue or incorrect content, send the video link or source information to cepikkurtnoyan@icloud.com.

Service changes

Incorrect content may be removed, and question/scoring rules may be updated between versions. Invalid scores caused by technical errors may be reviewed. Internet connectivity and the availability of service providers may affect your experience; continuous access is not guaranteed. This text does not remove any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

Closing your account

You can close your account from Settings → Delete Account. Closing your account does not cancel a Clipra Plus subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple account. The scope of data deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. Contact: cepikkurtnoyan@icloud.com.
